Providers used by Datool Cloud and optional services selected by workspace administrators.
Register version: 27 October 2026. Contact: vini@vinipace.com.
This register distinguishes infrastructure we operate through providers from services a merchant chooses to connect. A provider may act as a processor for some activities and independently for others; its role follows the relevant service and contract.
| Provider | Service and information involved | Provider information |
|---|---|---|
| netcup GmbH | Hosts Datool's application, database, queue and application files; may store workspace and account information | Data-processing agreement |
| Google Cloud | Operational logging, including service diagnostics and security activity; these logs may include identifiers and incidental personal data | Cloud data-processing terms |
| Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) | Authentication and invitation email: recipients, message content and delivery information | Data-processing terms, its subprocessors |
| Stripe | Direct Cloud subscriptions: customer, subscription, invoice and payment information | Privacy information |
| Shopify | Shopify installation, store access, app subscriptions and requested commerce actions | Privacy information |
| Google Sign-In | Optional account authentication: identity and sign-in information | Privacy information |
| Google Analytics | With visitor permission: public page visits and signup/checkout events, pseudonymous analytics identifiers, selected plan, amount and currency; excludes account emails and workspace content | Privacy information |
The hosting region, log-storage region, account-specific contracting entities, and applicable signed transfer safeguards must be confirmed for a contractual residency requirement. Datool does not currently promise that all processing occurs in the EU, Brazil, or any other single region. The operator is in Brazil; support access is also processing. The links above describe provider terms and do not certify Datool's account configuration or acceptance of a contract.
The project configuration determines which of these services receives data:
| Optional service | Information sent when used |
|---|---|
| OpenAI or models reached through Vercel AI Gateway | Model input context, potentially including messages, knowledge and tool results; a gateway can involve both gateway and model providers |
| WhatsApp/Meta or Telegram | Channel identifiers, messages and attachments for that channel |
| Composio, connected MCP servers and other action services | Connection information and arguments/results needed for enabled actions |
| Modal or Vercel Sandbox | Code, inputs and files used by configured sandbox executions |
This is a feature inventory, not authorization to send every workspace's data to every listed service. Review the actual project settings and provider terms before enabling a connection. Bringing your own key does not, by itself, determine a provider's legal role or remove Datool from the data flow.
Self-hosted administrators choose their own hosting, email, logs, models and channels. The Cloud infrastructure list is not a claim that every self-hosted installation sends its data to those providers.
Contact vini@vinipace.com for the provider schedule applicable to your agreement or to raise a concern. A merchant agreement must identify the services, locations and transfer safeguards applicable to that merchant. An unconfigured backup service is not included as an active subprocessor. Changes follow the notice and authorization terms of the executed merchant agreement.
