Core includes 100,000 records per month and 90-day trace retention. Pro includes 1,000,000 records and 365-day retention. All product features are included in both plans.

AI provider and sandbox compute charges are separate, through your own provider accounts. No usage overage charges are added by Datool in these plans. New records pause at your limit; existing data stays readable. Allowances reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC.

A record is one newly stored trace or span. Updates and retries do not count again. Retention starts when a trace is received. Traces saved in datasets, evaluations, or reviews are preserved. Downgrades apply shorter retention when they take effect.

Manage payment methods and cancel your subscription from Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Failed renewals have a 7-day payment grace period.
